DMC Satin Embroidery Thread
This glossy embroidery thread is 100% rayon and comes in a range of intense, rich colours. There are 6 strands which are easy to separate.
DMC suggest dampening this thread with a damp cloth before threading your needle. This will give easier handling and greater control. The thread may become twisted while you sew, if this happens drop your needle periodically and let the thread unwind itself.
Washing Instructions: Colours are washable and 100% colourfast. Take into account the care guidelines for the fabric you have used. DMC recommend you use a mild soap, and wrap your washed embroidery gently in a towel to remove excess water, before drying flat. Then place your work on a clean cloth, preferably while still damp, and iron on the reverse side, at the temperature setting recommended for the fabric.
